Store operations, sourcing and buyback, and sales planning across EC and social media.
We are looking for someone to grow a used camera store with us.

Keeping film culture alive — through commerce.

We are an AI development company at heart, but keeping analog photography alive is a business we take just as seriously. Selling used cameras and lenses sits at the center of it: judging the condition of each piece, buying it at a fair price, and passing it on to its next owner. The work demands both a trained eye and business sense.

The role spans store management, sourcing and buyback, and sales planning across the shop, our online store, and social media — broad responsibility, and real ownership to match. If you can give both the numbers and the customers your full attention, come build the store with us in Kinshicho, Tokyo.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I apply without professional experience?

Yes. Serious personal experience counts — trading used cameras and lenses on marketplace apps or auctions, or running your own online store or social accounts. Please include anything that shows your track record.

Is part-time or side work possible?

Yes. Employment type and schedule are flexible and settled in the interview. Feel free to start with a casual chat.

Is there an age limit?

No. We warmly welcome veterans with years of experience in retail or the camera industry.

Can foreign nationals apply?

Yes — international applicants are welcome. Customer service and internal communication are in Japanese, so we ask for Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or equivalent. Since the store also serves international customers, foreign language skills are a real asset.
