Security Consulting

Security & AI Security Consulting

Review the security of your architecture, web applications, APIs and AI systems. We help you understand risks, prioritize fixes and plan verification within an agreed scope.

Scope

Six areas of support

Choose an assessment that fits your system and concerns. The scope and deliverables are agreed for each engagement.

01

Security Architecture Assessment

Review trust boundaries, data flows, cloud configuration and operational controls to identify design risks before they become implementation problems.

Deliverable examplesThreat model and architecture improvement plan

02

Web Application & API Security Assessment

Assess authentication, authorization, input handling, sessions and API exposure using agreed documentation, code and test environments.

Deliverable examplesFindings with evidence and remediation priorities

03

AI Security Consulting

Review data handling, RAG access controls, agent tool permissions, human approvals and audit logs across your AI workflow.

Deliverable examplesAI security requirements and operational guidance

04

AI Prompt Injection Risk Assessment

Use controlled scenarios to assess how untrusted input, retrieved documents and tool responses could redirect an AI system or expose information.

Deliverable examplesEvaluation scenarios, observed results and mitigation proposals

05

Identity & Access Management Review

Review least privilege, role design, SSO, MFA, service identities, credential management and account lifecycle controls.

Deliverable examplesAccess control review and prioritized improvements

06

Authorized Penetration Testing

Subject to scope and capability review

Considered individually after confirming technical capability, staffing and a suitable test procedure. Testing requires written authorization and agreed targets, methods, timing and stop conditions.

Deliverable examplesAgreed test plan, evidence and remediation report

Process

From agreed scope to actionable fixes

  1. Define scope and authorization

Clarify your goals, system ownership, permitted activities and exclusions. Agree on deliverables, fees and schedule before work begins.

  2. Review and verify

Review the agreed materials and configuration. Perform approved checks in a controlled environment, using test data where possible.

  3. Report and prioritize

Document evidence, business impact, severity and recommended fixes. State what was tested, what remains unverified and the limits of the assessment.

  4. Support improvements

Discuss implementation support and retesting as needed. Confirm the scope and cost of follow-up work separately.

Engagement

Authorization and data handling

  • Assessments cover only systems you own or are authorized to have assessed. Third-party services and infrastructure require permission from the relevant rights holder.
  • Active testing requires written authorization, an agreed procedure and a team with the necessary capability. We confirm service impact, emergency contacts and stop conditions beforehand.
  • Before sharing code or data, we agree on confidentiality, access, storage, retention and deletion. Any external AI tool use is subject to your agreement and the provider’s applicable terms and approvals.

Before you get started

Can we start with a design review?

Yes. We can begin with architecture documents, data flows or access control policies, then agree on whether additional verification is needed.

How are fees and timelines determined?

We quote per engagement based on the systems, available documentation, assessment depth and deliverables. We confirm the estimate and schedule before work begins.

Does CVP access authorize work on customer systems?

Using Anthropic CVP access on customer code or systems requires a separate application and approval. We will use those capabilities for client work only after obtaining that approval.
